THE PATH OF LAST RESISTANCE
PLACES THAT NARRATE
“ETRANGE” and “TITISEE”
Entrange and Titisee are the tracks on the album that explore two different ways of playing with dynamics, where acoustic, electric and electronic elements intertwine sometimes in a minimal way and at other times with a great richness of sound. Both songs, built on vocals and acoustic guitar, play with the balance between melody and rhythm – the drums recorded in the studio were manipulated and effects were applied to them, as well as for the vocals. Etrange is the contrast expressed by two different moments: the first part is very sweet and reassuring with acoustic guitar, vocals and synth, and the second is more rhythmic and explosive, with the entry of bass, drums, mallet and electronic sounds. Titisee, on the other hand, plays with a continuous alternation of both acoustic and electronic instruments that sometimes are out of the arrangement emptying the song to then return rich and full of sound layers. The main vocals of Titisee are from singer Erica Noventa.
